The Rocket Launcher II is less powerful than the standard variation with a weaker shot velocity, but it comes equipped with a tracking capability. The characteristics of this weapon make it more effective against aircraft and smaller targets, but less so in a basic anti-armour role. Unfortunately, even low skilled online players can easily roll the rocket, making it more of a weapon for surprise attacks.
