The Rocket Launcher SP deviates from the other variations of this weapon, in that it fires high-velocity grenade rounds with a parabolic trajectory and a ricochet function. It is equipped with a larger three-round magazine, and is useful for providing indirect-fire support in the manner of a mortar.
