One year after defeating the Green Eye, Wayne and Luka continues their fight against NEVEC.

Once Wayne reaches the Fortress, he and Luka finds a trailer, and both rejoices to also meet Rick. He explains that he was saved by Basil and that she was going in fact after Ivan Solotov, Yuri's father, for vengeance. Wayne remembers that it could have been Ivan who betrayed his father. They agrees to meet Basil at a NEVEC research center in the Snow Plains.
